Key Responsibilities Oversee Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of restoration crews, including schedules and production levels. Lead the Team: Supervise a diverse workforce, ensuring timely job processing and effective communication. Enhance Performance: Develop and implement processes to boost performance, train staff, and prepare them for greater responsibilities. Support Collaboration: Work with support personnel to ensure all job aspects are met without delays. Ensure Safety: Enforce strict compliance with safety procedures and implement safe working practices. Position Requirements Education: High School Graduate or GED Equivalent. Experience: 2+ years in management within the Restoration or Construction Field, with at least one year of restoration industry experience preferred. Skills: Leadership, multitasking, detail-oriented, and proficiency in relevant computer applications like Xactimate. Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, climb ladders, work in tight spaces, and handle cleaning agents.
