Job Title: Step Down Registered Nurse

Location: Morgantown, WV

Setting: Hospital

Pay Range: 1808.94 - 1899.39

Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Candidate Type: Traveler

Requirements: 1.5-2+ years of experience in telemetry and stepdown; must be able to read strips; certs required: BCLS, ACLS

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to stepdown and telemetry patients in a hospital setting.
Monitor patient vital signs and interpret telemetry strips accurately.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure patient safety and quality care.
Document patient care activities comprehensively in Cerner EMR.
