Qualification Requirements GS06 Applicants must have at least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS‑05 level in Federal service. using automated systems for tracking the status of work‑related processes; entering data into one or more computer systems; obtaining needed information from files or general reference sources; providing office automation support (creating, copying, editing, storing, retrieving a variety of documents); maintaining administrative files or records. GS07 Applicants must have at least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS‑06 level in Federal service. briefing new hires on entitlements; providing customer support to internal and external customers; providing office automation support (creating, copying, editing, storing, retrieving a variety of documents); using computers and software programs in an office environment to extract, revise, or sort information from files, records, or databases; researching regulations, policies, and/or personnel guidance.
