About the Position The HR Leave & Compliance Admin plays a key role in supporting critical HR functions, including employee leave administration, licensing, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Administer multi‑state employee leave programs (WC, FMLA, ADA, STD, LTD), including documentation, case tracking, carrier coordination, and return‑to‑work processes. Administer insurance licensing and compliance, including applications, renewals, audits, and maintaining accurate HRIS records. Oversee employment compliance processes, including I‑9/E‑Verify, audits, EAD tracking, and support for international employees. Support employee engagement initiatives, including communications, event planning, feedback analysis, and budget assistance. Provide backup support for payroll and benefits administration. Perform special projects and other duties as assistance becomes necessary. Position Requirements Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum of one‑year HR experience. Experience with leave administration. Multi‑state experience preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Google Suites. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to be well organized. Consistently maintains a high level of detail. Ability to prioritize assignments. Work Environment & Physical Demands Position is full‑time. Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. In‑office or hybrid. Normal office conditions. Must be able to sit for long periods of time. Must be able to type & bend to file, answer the telephone.
