About the job Project Manager
Perry Building Contractors (PBC) is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Construction Project Manager to join our team. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality projects and looking for long-term career growth, we want to hear from you.
- Lead and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution
- Manage project financials
- Represent PBC in meetings and negotiations
- Oversee project close-out and punch list completion
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure project success
- 5+ years of commercial construction management experience (restaurant highly preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management platforms (Procore preferred)
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
- A team player with a proactive, customer-focused mindset
