About this Opportunity:

This position is primarily responsible for performing professional administrative and clerical duties with a focus on greeting visitors, assisting office staff with administrative duties as described within this document, and ensuring that the facility is always clean and orderly, and other duties as assigned.

What You'll Be Doing:

Perform various administrative duties as assigned and/or directed. Including, but not limited to the following:

Answer telephone calls promptly (preferably within two rings), courteously and efficiently.

Enter service information after burials are completed.

Update lot cards and ownership cards.

Take incoming First Calls, forward information and forms to Davies.

Greeting and assisting visitors with payments, looking up grave site locations, and helping direct them to the sites.

Complete filing tasks.
