Atlantic Constructors has been recognized as an industry leader in the Mid-Atlantic Region for over 50 years.Benefits:Medical Insurance Plan ($0.00 Employee-Only)Dental Insurance Plan ($0.00 Employee-Only)Short-Term Disability Plan ($0.00 Employee-Only)Life Insurance Plan ($0.00 Employee-Only)Vision Insurance Plan401(K) Retirement Plan with Generous Company MatchingHealth Savings Plan with Generous Company MatchingWellness ProgramsAtlantic Constructors offers competitive benefits, for more information check out our comprehensive list on our website Acibuilds.comPosition SummaryThis position is the frontline of IT support for our user base - responsible for resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues while maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism.This is a permanent, full-time position suited for someone who thrives in a structured corporate environment, takes pride in reliable service delivery, and is looking to plant roots with a stable and growing organization.Primary ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for all end-user IT support requests via phone, email, ticketing system, and walk-upTriage, prioritize, and resolve helpdesk tickets within established SLA targets using ServiceNowManage user account provisioning, modifications, and deprovisioning in Active Directory and Azure ADPerform workstation imaging, deployment, and configuration using Microsoft Intune / AutopilotSupport Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDriveTroubleshoot hardware issues across desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheralsManage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely and accurate access provisioningMaintain accurate asset inventory and documentationCollaborate with the Helpdesk Manager on escalations, process improvements, and IT projectsProvide basic network troubleshooting support (VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN connectivity) QualificationsRequiredMinimum 3–5 years of corporate helpdesk or desktop support experience in an enterprise environmentHands-on experience with Active Directory and Azure AD / Entra ID user administrationProficiency with Microsoft 365 administration and end-user supportExperience with ServiceNow or equivalent enterprise ticketing systemFamiliarity with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, or SCCM for device deployment and managementStrong hardware troubleshooting skills across Windows-based endpointsDemonstrated ability to manage ticket queues and meet SLA targets independentlyExcellent communication skills - written and verbal - with a professional, user-focused approachStable work history with demonstrated multi-year tenure at previous employersPreferredCompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certificationExperience with Microsoft Exchange or Exchange OnlineFamiliarity with MDM platforms for mobile device supportExperience supporting onboarding/offboarding workflows in a regulated or compliance-driven environmentAssociate 's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field Work Environment: Works in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to noise levels consistent shop environment. PPE is always required.
