Desktop Support Technician

Insight Global is looking for a Desktop Support Technician for one of clients located in Richmond, VA. Details listed below Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 technical support for desktops, laptops and mobile devices Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows) and standard business applications Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory and related systems Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment setup and account provisioning Document issues, resolutions, and processes in the ticketing system(ServiceDesk) Collaborate with other team members to elevate and resolve complex issues Perform routine maintenance, updates, and system checks Assist with IT projects such as system upgrades, deployments, and migrations Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in desktop support or a similar IT role Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and basic networking concepts Familiarity with ticketing systems(ServiceDesk preferred) Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr
