Job Title Program Manager Location Fort Worth, TX Duration / Term Contract Experience Desired 10+ Years Job Description We are seeking an experienced Program Delivery Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software initiatives across multiple engineering teams. The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage program risks and dependencies, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality products that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Program Planning & Execution Define program scope, objectives, milestones, and success metrics. Develop and maintain integrated program plans across multiple teams. Drive end-to-end execution of software development programs from concept through launch. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Cross-Functional Leadership Partner closely with Engineering, Product Management, Design, QA, Security, Operations, and Business stakeholders. Facilitate alignment among distributed and global teams. Lead program reviews, status meetings, and executive updates. Delivery Management Track project schedules, resource allocation, dependencies, and deliverables. Ensure adherence to software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes. Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Establish program governance and reporting mechanisms. Risk & Issue Management Proactively identify program risks, blockers, and dependencies. Escalate critical issues appropriately and drive resolution. Develop contingency plans for schedule or scope impacts. Stakeholder Communication Communicate program status, risks, and key decisions to leadership. Prepare executive-level presentations and dashboards. Influence decision-making through data-driven insights. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. 8-12+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or Software Delivery. Experience managing large-scale software development programs in a product-based organization. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC methodologies. Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives. Experience working with cloud platforms, distributed systems, or enterprise software products. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree (MBA or Engineering) preferred. PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications. Experience with SaaS, AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, or platform products. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or Asana. Experience managing global engineering teams.
