Job Summary
The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Batavia is proud to offer a full continuum of premium healthcare services provided by highly trained and skilled personnel with years of experience. Responsibilities
Provide exceptional care to our residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and assisting with daily living activities
Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to ensure timely and effective interventions
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve the quality of care
Requirements
Current and valid NY LPN License
Valid CPR Certification
Must be available for Every Other Weekend
