Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for a 13-week contract. The ideal candidate will possess long-term care experience and have received exceptional feedback from previous roles.
This position requires night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. Extra shifts may be available but are not guaranteed.
On-site housing options are available for those who require accommodation. The housing is offered at a weekly rate and features dormitory-style showers.
This position is located in a skilled nursing facility in the city and state.
Provide compassionate care to residents in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team
Assist residents with daily living activities
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies
Current and valid LPN license
Experience in long-term care preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
