Family Medicine Physician – Outpatient Primary Care
Location: Springfield, Vermont Area
Employment Type: Full-Time

This well-established, community-focused health system is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a supportive outpatient primary care team.

• 100% outpatient primary care

• Integrated behavioral health and care coordination support

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $240,000–$255,000

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited program

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Vermont license or eligibility to obtain

• Completion of accredited residency training program

• Comfortable managing complex patient populations

• Strong communication, leadership, and collaborative skills

• J-1 and H-1B visa candidates welcome
