Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans that align with their personal goals.

• Hold individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Work alongside colleagues during regular staff meetings and group supervision to exchange insights, share best practices, and enhance clinical skills.

• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and continuously monitor their progress to adapt treatment strategies as necessary.

• Provide telehealth services, accommodating clients who may face barriers to in-person visits, ensuring equitable access to mental health resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various backgrounds, including couples, children, teens, and families. Our focus extends to underserved populations, providing culturally competent care to clients of color and the LGBTQIA community. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Possession of a current LMFT license issued by the state of California.
\n
• At least two years of full-time counseling experience, showcasing your practical expertise in the field.

• Specialization or demonstrated experience in working with couples, children, teens, and families, particularly empowering clients from diverse communities.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as play therapy, family systems therapy, or trauma-informed care can enhance your application. Additionally, clinicians who have worked with clients experiencing addiction or co-occurring disorders are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also be eligible for a sign-on bonus upon joining our team. Our benefits package includes:
