Job Description and Duties

The Supervisor II serves as a key leader within the Department of Motor Vehicles, overseeing the daily operations of the Facilities Space and Infrastructure Planning Section. This position provides strategic direction, operational oversight, and guidance to ensure the delivery of high quality facilities planning, space management, and infrastructure support services across the state. The incumbent is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the work of the Space and Infrastructure Planning teams. This includes coordinating statewide space planning activities, ensuring compliance with state facilities standards, and supporting departmental goals through effective project planning, resource allocation, and operational management. The Supervisor II works collaboratively with internal and external partners to advance DMV's statewide facilities initiatives. The position plays a vital role in ensuring assignments are completed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with the department's mission to provide safe and accessible facilities for the public and DMV employees.
