Hiring: Marketing Manager – Events (Hybrid | Roseland, NJ) We\'re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager – Events to lead the planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, webinars, client events, and sponsorship programs. Location: Roseland, NJ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Duration: 1 Year Contract Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute in-person, virtual, and hybrid events. Coordinate trade shows, conferences, webinars, and client events. Manage vendors, venues, budgets, contracts, and event logistics. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event delivery. Track event performance, ROI, and prepare post-event reports. Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Qualifications: 5+ years of event marketing or event management experience. Experience with trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, and corporate events. Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with project management tools (Workfront preferred).
