We are looking for a dependable Clerical Assistant to provide administrative support and help keep daily office operations running smoothly. This position requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and respond to emails
- File and organize documents
- Enter and maintain data in company systems
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management
- Support management with administrative tasks
- Perform general office duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer programs
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Previous office experience preferred but not required
