We are seeking a highly skilled Nursing Home Director of Admissions to join our team!
Job Summary:
As a Nursing Home Director of Admissions , you will be responsible for leading the admissions process for our nursing home facility. You will work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless transition for new residents, providing exceptional service and ensuring that our facility is always at its best.
Director of Admissions Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the admissions process, including intake evaluations, assessments, and admissions screenings
- Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth transition for new residents
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and assisted living facilities
- Conduct tours and provide information about our facility and services to potential residents and families
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA and Medicaid guidelines
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports related to admissions and resident stays
Director of Admissions Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in admissions or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
