Marketing Operations Specialist

Role Description

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to strengthen our team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and executing marketing campaigns across platforms by building audience segments, workflows, and assets.
• Ensuring accurate data integration between systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Supporting end-to-end campaign operations by identifying and resolving execution roadblocks, optimizing processes, and enabling lead generation through targeted offers and automation.
• Offering data-driven performance insights to the marketing leadership.
• Adapting to new tasks as they arise and demonstrating excellent communication skills while collaborating with diverse teams.
• Coordinating with external vendors to achieve program objectives.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of digital/marketing operations experience, preferably with a focus on B2B.
• Familiarity with SFDC & HubSpot with the ability to report on digital channel performance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks inside Asana, reprioritizing based on needs.
• Teamwork mentality – we have a tight-knit team; you must be able to work well with others.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• This role can be performed 100% remote anywhere in the US.
• Anticipated Pay Range: $75,000 – $85,000 Annually USD.
• Total compensation includes US employee benefits and annual bonus eligibility.
