Accounts Payable Clerk

Position: Accounts Payable Clerk


Pay: 24-25/hr

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a fast-paced logistics organization. This role is ideal for someone with prior AP experience who is comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment and can quickly process invoices while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Process a high volume of invoices and payments, approximately 100 invoices every 60-90 minutes
• Review and match invoices against pricing and supporting documentation
• Process AP invoices related to fuel, transportation, and additional charges
• Ensure invoices are accurately coded, processed, and paid in a timely manner
• Research discrepancies and ask questions when clarification is needed
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency while managing competing priorities

Qualifications:

• Previous Accounts Payable experience required
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately
• Intermediate Excel skills, including formulas
• Comfortable asking questions and communicating with others to resolve issues
• Transportation/logistics industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Experience with Milo and OnBase is a plus, but not required
