Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Positioned in the south Indianapolis area, this opportunity offers a dynamic setting where your experience in schools, healthcare, and home health OT can contribute to helping young learners thrive.
You'll work the academic calendar from July 29th to May 27th, with flexible scheduling for both full-time and part-time candidates. Manage an average-sized elementary caseload and collaborate as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team. Your knowledge in OT practices across school and healthcare settings will enhance your students’ educational and functional outcomes.
Desired Background:
- Valid Indiana OTA or OT license
- Previous experience with pediatric populations, especially in schools or similar environments
- Understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and goal-setting
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and support diverse student needs
Position Highlights:
- Provide direct OT services and interventions for elementary students
- Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate records & reports
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student success
- Educate staff and parents on best practices to support student development
- Attend team meetings and professional development as needed
