Compensation: $70,000 - $95,000 Key Responsibilities: Devise and implement innovative sales strategies that align with company objectives. Interpret sales data to forecast revenue, set objectives, and explore new market opportunities. Enhance customer relationships by assessing needs and addressing challenges proactively. Mentor and develop the sales team through thorough training and regular performance appraisals. Work alongside executives to define sales targets and strategic initiatives. Represent the company at industry-related conferences and trade shows. Oversee the sales budget, ensuring that expenditures are within strategic financial guidelines. Undertake additional responsibilities as designated by executive leadership. Qualifications: A minimum of three years of successful sales experience, ideally in a leadership capacity. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities. Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on achieving results. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and associated software applications. Additional Requirements: Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer for prolonged periods.
