Now Hiring: Leasing Agent (Part-Time)
Location: Elyria, Ohio
Are you friendly, motivated, and passionate about helping people find their perfect home? Join our small but growing property management team in Elyria, Ohio, as a Part-Time Leasing Agent! Previous experience is a plus, but training will also be provided.

Position Overview:
As a Leasing Agent, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process, showcasing properties, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience. This is a part-time role with up to 30 hours per week and some flexibility in the office work schedule (primarily in person, with potential for some remote hours) .
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and interact professionally via phone, email and in person to potential tenant inquiries.
- Conduct property tours and present features and benefits effectively
- Process rental applications and assist with background checks
- Update and maintain accurate tenant information in property management software (AppFolio)
- Maintain accurate leasing records and follow up with prospects
- Support marketing efforts to attract new tenants
- Collaborate with property management to ensure resident satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office & Google Office Suite)
- Ability to learn and efficiently use property management software (AppFolio experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
