Clerical Assistant
An educational organization is seeking a Clerical Assistant. This is a short-term assignment with hours being Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, enter data, and assist administrative, teaching staff, and principal as requested
- Act as center receptionist, handle phone operations, distribute calls, take accurate messages, allowing access to building, etc.
- Upload, duplicate, record keeping, input students daily attendance, and perform other general office duties
- Assist administrative team schedule parent meetings
- Act as the van driving point person in the day treatment
