An educational organization is seeking a Clerical Assistant.  This is a short-term assignment with hours being Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer phones, enter data, and assist administrative, teaching staff, and principal as requested
• Act as center receptionist, handle phone operations, distribute calls, take accurate messages, allowing access to building, etc.
• Upload, duplicate, record keeping, input student’s daily attendance, and perform other general office duties
• Assist administrative team schedule parent meetings
• Act as the van driving point person in the day treatment

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must have clerical office experience
• Must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills
• Must have effective verbal and listening communications skills
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with others
• Effective organizational skills while paying a high attention to detail is required
• Must have the ability to display professionalism and team-oriented attitudes
• Must have a professional and personable demeanor at all times
• Must have reliable transportation and a solid work history with no attendance issues
