Associate - Litigation Product Liability

Job Overview A law firm seeks an associate with strong legal writing skills in the area of pharmaceutical/medical device Daubert/Rule 702 motions practice to join its Litigation group in San Francisco, CA. This position is open to any of the firm's U.S. offices. Duties Communicate with clients effectively. Supervise associates and collaborate with experts. Assist with fact development and depositions. Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda. Help develop case strategy. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm. Extensive experience writing briefs, including Rule 702 and Daubert issues. Experience with products liability litigation. Experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry is a plus. Education: JD from a nationally recognized school. Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application. Candidates licensed to practice law in New York are encouraged to apply.
