Products Liability Associate

A leading Am Law 100 firm is seeking a mid-level Litigation Associate to join its Products Liability Litigation practice. This role offers the opportunity to represent industry-leading clients in complex products liability matters across cutting‑edge sectors, including technology, AI, autonomous vehicles, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, and life sciences. The ideal candidate has strong litigation experience, excellent advocacy and case management skills, and thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Represent clients in complex products liability litigation matters Draft briefs, motions, correspondence, and written discovery responses Conduct depositions, oral arguments, and expert witness interviews Manage document collection, review, and production Analyze causation and failure issues in complex litigation Assist with multidistrict litigation (MDL) and coordinated state court proceedings Collaborate with attorneys and clients to develop litigation strategy Manage multiple matters while maintaining exceptional client service Qualifications J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school 3–5 years of products liability litigation experience Experience drafting briefs, conducting depositions, and managing discovery Experience with multidistrict litigation (MDL) and/or coordinated state proceedings preferred Strong written, oral, analytical, and case management skills Team‑oriented with excellent organizational and communication abilities Competitive salary $260,000 – $365,000 plus discretionary bonus.
