This role is responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing correspondence and reports, handling confidential information, and supporting daily departmental operations.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Nursing.Manage schedules, meetings, and communications.Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.Coordinate departmental activities and special projects.Maintain records and handle confidential information with discretion.Serve as a liaison between leadership, team members, and external stakeholders.Qualifications:High school diploma required.Administrative assistant experience preferred.Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Primary Location:Downtown - Pavilion #J-18808-Ljbffr
