Job Description

Put your skills to better use. Farmers Insurance John Barsanti Agency in Reno, Nevada, is looking for an individual with experience in the insurance industry to join our team as a Full-Time CSR . You will be responsible for managing customer relationships. Your ability to build rapport will be necessary as you work closely with your customers to understand their business and personal needs to offer valuable options. You will also be responsible for following up with customers to help ensure satisfaction. If you have proven experience as an account manager, we want to hear from you. Apply today! This position offers a guaranteed base salary of $4,000 per month, with total earning potential up to $80,000 annually through commission and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Process customer policy change requests.
Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Document each customer contact in eAgent.
Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.

Requirements

A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
Minimum 1 to 2 years prior insurance experience required.
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
