Job Overview:
The CW Associate will play a critical role in supporting project management, governance, and operational efficiency within the organization. This position involves tracking deliverables, coordinating stakeholders, streamlining processes, and ensuring the successful execution of various governance and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Track the GCDI book of work and other related CISO SteerCo deliverables and milestones.
• Ensure clear ownership, status updates, and dependency tracking across workstreams.
• Aggregate and validate weekly operational metrics across GCDI teams for weekly directs.
• Draft and refine content for governance forums such as All Hands, MRSI OG, CISO SteerCo, and Governance & Roadmap meetings.
• Maintain and update PFR artifacts for GCDI and coordinate inputs across stakeholders to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Follow up with stakeholders on vendor-related workflows, including VRO tasks and outstanding actions.
• Support responses to ad hoc budget inquiries from Chief of Staff and leadership teams.
• Streamline repeatable processes such as metrics collection, reporting cycles, and tracker maintenance.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual overhead in reporting and governance activities.
• Standardize templates, trackers, and reporting formats.
• Schedule meetings, ensure attendee alignment, and set up agendas.
• Draft meeting minutes, action items, and post-meeting summaries.
• Proactively track and follow up on outstanding asks across teams.
• Draft and send follow-up communications to maintain momentum on deliverables.
• Maintain a centralized tracker to follow outstanding asks across teams to completion.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining trackers, templates, and reporting formats.
• Ability to streamline processes and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
• Experience in stakeholder coordination and task management.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
