Our service and accounting teams rely on accuracy, organization, and proactive follow-up to ensure claims are submitted correctly and reimbursed on time.The Warranty Administrator is responsible for managing and processing warranty claims in full compliance with manufacturer policies while maintaining accurate financial and service records. This role requires strong organizational discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate closely with service advisors, technicians, accounting, and manufacturer representatives to protect revenue and ensure timely reimbursement.We are seeking a professional who understands that warranty performance directly impacts financial results and takes ownership of doing the job right the first time.Responsibilities:Accurately process and submit warranty claims in compliance with manufacturer and dealership policiesReview repair orders for proper documentation, accuracy, and policy adherenceVerify coverage, eligibility, mileage, labor operations, and parts billing prior to RO closingCollaboration with Parts and Service Managers to ensure accuracy in billingReconcile warranty receivables and maintain clean, aging-controlled accounting schedulesCommunicate effectively with service advisors and technicians to resolve claim discrepanciesStay current on manufacturer warranty policies, recalls, and procedural updatesSupport internal warranty audits and maintain audit-ready documentationPerforms other duties as assignedRequirementsPrior automotive warranty administrator experience preferredProficient computer skills (Including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)Prior experience with CDK database systems is preferredHigh attention to detail with the ability to identify documentation gapsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentProfessional communication skills
