Our client, a dynamic logistics and supply chain organization, is seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Admin to join their team. As a Bilingual Warehouse Admin, you will be part of the Logistics & Supply Chain Department supporting operational efficiency and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Bilingual Warehouse Admin
Location: Shirley, NY
Pay Range: $21.25
Shift: 7:00AM - 3:00PM, Monday through Saturday
What's the Job?
- Verify incoming shipment information against invoices, orders, and other records to ensure accuracy
- Maintain department database, prepare routine reports, and organize shipping/receiving records
- Track and trace internal transfers to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Process transactions related to shipping functions, including picking, staging, and loading sales orders
- Follow health and safety protocols, report incidents, and use required safety equipment
What's Needed?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of related experience, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment
- Forklift Operator Certification (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in work
- Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and MS Office applications
