Business Analyst - AdTech / Ad Sales Operations

Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in AdTech, Ad Sales Operations, OTT, and Linear TV environments. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, advertising operations teams, product teams, and technology teams to support advertising workflows, campaign operations, monetization initiatives, and process optimization across digital and broadcast media platforms.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of advertising ecosystems, media workflows, ad operations processes, and cross-platform campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to AdTech, Ad Sales, OTT, and Linear TV workflows.
• Work closely with Ad Operations, Sales, Product, Traffic, and Engineering teams to improve advertising processes and operational efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Support initiatives related to: Ad Sales Operations, Campaign Management, Inventory Management, Monetization & Revenue Workflows, OTT/CTV advertising, and Linear TV advertising operations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to support implementation of advertising platforms and workflow enhancements.
• Analyze campaign delivery, inventory utilization, trafficking workflows, and operational reporting processes.
• Participate in UAT testing, defect tracking, validation, and production support activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations involving ad servers, reporting systems, and advertising platforms.
• Support process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives across advertising operations.
• Prepare business documentation, workflow diagrams, dashboards, and operational reports.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in AdTech, Media, Broadcasting, OTT, or Ad Sales environments.
• Strong understanding of Ad Sales Operations, Ad Operations, OTT/CTV ecosystems, Linear TV advertising workflows, campaign trafficking and delivery, inventory and sponsorship management.
• Experience working with advertising platforms/tools such as Google Ad Manager (GAM), FreeWheel, WideOrbit, Operative, DSP/SSP platforms.
• Experience gathering business requirements and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of campaign lifecycle, ad inventory management, and monetization workflows.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira/Confluence.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Tableau, Excel, Nielsen, or Comscore.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting streaming/OTT platforms and CTV advertising workflows.
• Exposure to programmatic advertising ecosystems.
• Understanding of media measurement and audience analytics.
• Experience with Salesforce, Operative, Airtable, or similar operational platforms.
• Prior experience in broadcast/media companies.
