Job Description Full-Time Sourcing Specialist — On-Site (Minden, NV) A. J. Levin Company Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist / Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring professionalism, a positive attitude, and solid experience with Microsoft Office and Excel . Key Responsibilities Negotiation of price and delivery conditions Execution of orders from suppliers in accordance with operational specifications Conducting day-to-day price inquiries Follow up on open orders and supplier requests to ensure timely responses. Qualifications Experience in the commercial sector Strong negotiation skills and confident appearance High reliability, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team or independently Basic MS Office and Excel user skills Fluent in English with excellent communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent time management and organizational skills Schedule & Details Job Type: Full-Time Expected Hours: 40/week Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift Location: In-person — Minden, NV Must be willing to relocate or commute prior to starting Benefits Health insurance Supportive, growth-focused workplace Earned Vacation Time Retirement #J-18808-Ljbffr A.J.
