Customer Contract Admin Analyst

Position Customer Contract Admin Analyst (Contract – 12+ months, 40 hrs/week, 1st Shift, US Citizen or GC required) Location San Diego, CA Client Medical Device Company Employment Type Contract on W2, No H1B’s, US Citizens or GC Holders Only Work Hours Start time 7:00 or 7:30, half hour lunch. Remote currently; will shift to office as per instruction. Description Responsible for finance operations such as customer and vendor contract administration; customer and vendor pricing, rebates, billing and chargebacks; processing vendor invoices; developing and negotiating customer and group purchasing contracts. Demonstrates basic knowledge of contract and order processes and systems. Fixes basic network issues. Runs basic reports on network health. Top Requirements Highly analytical. Tasks to Complete Coordinate and collaborate with current PS and CS. Responsible for accurate 1st new invoice(s). Coordinate with internal departments. Run equipment reports. Follow Invoice To Quote (IToQ) Standard Work Instructions. Locate Sold To’s and appropriate date ranges. Run reports. Interpret IToQ Report to understand project, transactions, & timing. Correct mistakes, incorrect terminations, term begin date adjustments, PO changes, input errors on contract. Location updates, cost center field updates. Identify incorrect cancellations, missing cancellations. Put on dispute until returned. Change contract status. Work with customer to verify tax status and documentation. Confirm who receives invoices. Confirm delivery method (email or mail). Coordinate incentive credit tied to the contract & implementation. Manage invoices 1 through 5.
