System Design: Create and iterate on internal playbooks and systems that improve accuracy, save time, and drive scalable adoption across the organization. Evangelize Innovation: Serve as the internal champion for smart, ethical AI use, training teams to embrace new tech and a "builder" mindset. What You’ll Bring Strategic Foundation: A background in BizOps, Product Ops, or systems consulting with a proven ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. No-Code Fluency: Deep comfort with modern productivity stacks and a "self-directed" curiosity to master emerging AI tools like Claude and Perplexity.
