Corgi is vertically integrating the entire insurance industry. We design, underwrite, price, and issue insurance directly. Insurance is the largest unautomated industry in financial services, and we're rebuilding it from the ground up using AI. We've raised $374M from Kindred, TCV, and others to do so.
Building something great requires working hard. We are in the office 6-7 days a week. We are meritocratic with very high standards. If you don't meet them, you'll get cut. But if you deliver, you have unlimited scope to grow.
We move quickly, care deeply about talent density, and hire people who want to solve difficult problems with unusually high ownership.
What We're Looking For
We're hiring full-time, in-person people who want a serious career in sales — not a "remote closers" with unlimited flexibility. You need to be a fast learner, resilient under pressure, and obsessed with growth. Our best closers show up early, ask for feedback, and figure things out quickly. We want top performers who want to be surrounded and learn what it takes to be the best in a competitive marketplace. If that sounds like you then this is a no brainer. If work is intimidating to you then this isn't the place for you but if you value getting better then this is where you should be.
This job is intense but also rewarding. We expect follow-up without ego, and the kind of energy that moves the leaderboard. If you want soft onboarding and a 3-month ramp — this isn't it.
You should have at least 1.5 years of experience in a "closing" role.
Expectations
- Monday-Friday, 8AM-6PM (in person)
- Saturday: 11AM-3PM (if you're serious)
- Mindset: Market Domination
Compensation
- Base: $80k-$100k
- OTE: $200k (uncapped)
