Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive psychosocial assessments, ensuring optimal client outcomes.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evidence-based interventions for clients, documenting clinical and progress notes in accordance with departmental guidelines.

• Provide individual and family counseling, along with crisis intervention services, to patients experiencing emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Engage with clients’ families or support systems to facilitate effective treatment and discharge planning, ensuring continuity of care.

• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of best practices in social work, particularly in trauma-informed care, to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with children and adolescents who have experienced trauma, behavioral disturbances, and emotional challenges. Your expertise will empower these young individuals to overcome their struggles, thereby fostering healthier relationships and improved coping mechanisms. This role is designed for those who are adept at treating a diverse range of ages within this population.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of three years of unsupervised experience post-licensure, directly engaging with clients in a therapeutic setting.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

• Active and unrestricted LICSW licensure within the state of Washington.

• Strong proficiency in using electronic medical records, along with basic computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
