How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Supervises assigned staff and daily activities.
• Leads staff orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Assists with performance evaluations and staff development.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and protocols.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can be used in lieu of education, if applicable.
