Relationship Manager

Global Commercial Banking – Technology, Healthcare, & Sponsors (HTS) Team – Client Relationship Manager We are looking for an experienced Commercial Lending / Investment Banking professional to serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for large technology clients. The role focuses on managing complex portfolios, delivering financial solutions, and driving revenue growth within the Global Commercial Banking ecosystem. Responsibilities Manage an extensive portfolio of complex clients and prospects with annual revenues of $50million to $2billion. Acquire, deepen, and maintain profitable client relationships through prospecting, sales, and relationship enhancements. Interpret financial and cash‑flow statements to assess company financial conditions and industry trends. Collaborate with domestic and international teammates—including Investment Banking, FX, and Wealth Management—to design and deliver customized financial solutions. Lead and facilitate dialogues with complex clients on industry topics, alternative capital structures, and business issues. Coach and mentor peers, using leadership skills to influence team performance. Adapt to changes in sales practices and broader market and industry conditions. Requirements Minimum 10years’ experience in Commercial Lending or Investment Banking. Demonstrated ability to manage a large client portfolio, prospect new business, and close profitable transactions. Strong corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting acumen; financial modeling experience required. Professional sales skills, including planning, execution, and follow‑up of client meetings. Completed formal credit training; Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series7 &63 licenses (obtained within 180days). Excellent oral and written communication skills. Leadership experience and ability to organize, facilitate, negotiate, and solve client problems. Experience or strong passion for technology sector clients; technology networking contacts preferred. Work Schedule Shift: 1st shift (United States). Hours per week: 40. Compensation Annualized salary range: $140,000 – $235,000 (based on experience, education and skill set). Eligible for a discretionary annual incentive plan.
