MHG Hotels is seeking a skilled and collaborative Corporate Human Resources Manager to support HR operations across our hotel portfolio. This role is responsible for driving HR strategy, ensuring compliance with employment laws, managing daily HR operations, and fostering a culture of engagement and excellence. The ideal candidate brings strong interpersonal skills, an ethical mindset, and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Coordinate job postings across job boards and social media. Assist with presencing candidates and scheduling interviews. Manage onboarding tasks including background checks, I-9's, new hire reporting, and documentation. Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement and retention. Execute employee recognition and performance programs. Generate and end birthday and anniversary greetings. Interface between payroll and timekeeping systems; ensure data accuracy. Learn and troubleshoot HRIS/time management platforms as needed. Support disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and investigations. Enforce company policies fairly and consistently. Assist HR leaders with various HR projects and field support. Perform other duties as assigned. Must be genuinely caring, compassionate, and comfortable conversing with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and at all organizational levels. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Hotel management experience preferred and at least one year of human resources experience is a plus. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. Position requires periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds.
