Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active and current Colorado social work licensure is required
• Prior experience working within school settings, serving K-12 students
• Strong knowledge of children’s mental health, crisis intervention, and counseling
• Comfort working across multiple school sites as part of an itinerant schedule
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Flexibility and collaboration mindset

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group social work support for K-12 students
• Assess student needs and develop intervention plans
• Liaise with teachers, counselors, and families to promote students’ academic and social success
• Provide crisis intervention and participate in response teams as needed
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to confidentiality policies
