Key Responsibilities

In your role as an LCSW, you will be tasked with providing high-quality psychotherapy services tailored to meet the unique needs of your clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth clinical assessments to understand client histories and develop customized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Implementing various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to effectively address clients' mental health conditions.
• Maintaining accurate client records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations to uphold the highest standards of professional integrity.
• Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Engaging in regular peer consultations and case discussions to continuously enhance the quality of care we provide and remain updated on best practices.
• Actively educating clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment strategies, and available community support resources to empower them during their recovery journey.
• Staying informed about the latest research in mental health and integrating findings into practice to provide clients with effective, evidence-based treatment.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Oasis of Clinical Support is proud to offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, reflecting your qualifications and experience.
