Job Description Job Description:- At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes Must have design implementation and operational experience with middleware technologies - Weblogic, WebSphere, Jboss, Tomcat & Message Brokers, Message Queues. Basic knowledge in shell scripting Knowledgeable in application log management (Server logs, thread/heap dumps) Able to handle multiple, complex, short term projects and incidents simultaneously Experience using automated monitoring tools like Nagios. Ability to identify incident trends and problem tasks trends in order to elevate the same in accordance with standard protocols. Ability to work with onshore/offshore teams, and communicate using virtual communication tools (phone, conferencing, online meeting) Analytical and Communication skills Planning and Co-ordination skills Experience with project management Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel Qualifications Basic Qualifications :- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
