Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionJob Description:-At least 7 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of ProcessesAt least 7 years of working experience on Weblogic & JBOSS Server Administration having below skillsStrong experience as a middleware administrator for Weblogic & JOBSS setupComprehensive experience in performance tuning of Weblogic & Websphere configurationsStrong experience in installing and configuring Weblogic & JBOSS application serversExperience integrating JBoss & Weblogic with web servers (apache) and databases (Oracle, MYSQL)Experience installing and managing certificatesExperience in Back-up/recovery methodology, clustering and high availability strategiesExperience in identifying and troubleshooting system outages, installation issues, and application code running Weblogic/JBOSS applications in Linux environmentApplication performance monitoring and alert setup using CA – IntroscopePerform assessment of application performance using server logs, CPU Utilization, Heap/Thread dumpExperience in Core Dump/Heap Dump analysis to find out root cause of performance issues and provide fixes to resolve.Analytical and Communication skills project and talent managementExperience with project managementQualificationsBasic Qualifications :-Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 7 years of experience in IT.Additional Information** U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
