Business Development Manager- Litigation

This is a high visibility role where you will partner directly with senior attorneys and firm leadership to transform market insights into winning business strategies. The RoleYou will serve as a key architect for the firm's litigation growth, moving beyond simple support to actively shaping how the firm wins new business. From crafting sophisticated client pitches and RFP responses to identifying emerging market opportunities, your work will directly impact the firm's competitive edge. You will also play a vital role in mentoring junior specialists, ensuring the broader team delivers high quality results under tight deadlines. What You'll Achieve
- Strategic Growth: You will collaborate with practice leaders to build and execute data driven business plans that align with the firm's global objectives.
- Client Acquisition: You'll lead the development of targeted pitch materials and conduct prep sessions with attorneys to ensure a polished and persuasive approach to new prospects.
