This is a strategic, high-impact position where you'll work directly with senior lawyers and leadership to drive growth and shape the future of the practice. You won't just be supporting - you'll be influencing decisions, leading initiatives, and owning key relationships that directly contribute to revenue and market positioning. This opportunity is built for ambitious professionals who want to grow: Direct exposure to senior stakeholders and leadership, giving you visibility and influence early on Ownership of strategy, business planning, and client development initiatives - positioning you for rapid progression into senior leadership roles Opportunity to mentor junior team members and develop management experience A clear pathway toward Senior Manager and Director-level roles within a globally respected firm Responsibilities Partnering with senior lawyers to develop and execute business development strategies Leading on pitches, RFPs, and client targeting initiatives Identifying growth opportunities and strengthening key client relationships Driving thought leadership, events, and profile-raising activity Collaborating across teams to deliver cross-practice growth initiatives Requirements 3+ years' experience in business development/marketing within professional services (legal sector experience highly desirable) Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to deliver results Confident working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and a proactive, strategic approach What's in it for you?
