Voluntary benefits including auto, homeowner and pet insuranceThe role will generally accept applications for at least three calendar days from the posting date or as long as the job remains posted.Career Level - IC5Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy: Develop and lead Oracle’s community partnership and engagement strategy for Nashville, aligned with business priorities and community needs.Relationships: Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across government, business, education, workforce development, healthcare, and the nonprofit sector.Partnerships: Translate shared priorities into strategic partnerships, scalable programs, and measurable outcomes.Representation: Represent Oracle in Nashville community and advise company leaders on stakeholder priorities, opportunities, and risks.Alignment: Coordinate internal teams around shared community priorities and effective execution.Impact: Establish success measures, evaluate progress, and communicate the impact of Oracle’s community presence and partnerships.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Public Affairs, Community Relations, Business or equivalent experience preferred.10+ years in external affairs, community engagement, public policy, economic development, or strategic partnerships.Proven record building trusted, senior-level relationships across public, private, and nonprofit sectors.Experience creating initiatives that advance both business objectives and community priorities.Strong executive presence, judgment, and communication skills.Ability to influence without authority and lead complex cross-functional programs from strategy through delivery.Familiarity with Nashville’s civic, business, and community landscape strongly preferred.Full timePosting Date: 2026-09-08
