Supervisor, Rev Cycle Systems and Analytics

Abbott seeks a Supervisor for Revenue Cycle Systems and Analytics to oversee day-to-day operations of the Exact Sciences Laboratories Systems team. The role involves team management, revenue cycle process optimization, contract administration, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure billing efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and supervise team members; conduct performance reviews and manage work performance
• Oversee payor and client master file creation and maintenance for accuracy and timeliness
• Investigate and resolve electronic remittance and claim adjudication errors
• Drive operational excellence in order entry and exception handling processes with continuous improvement focus
• Collaborate with finance, analytics, and cross-functional teams to address revenue pull-through issues and meet quarterly revenue goals

Requirements

• Supervisory experience managing teams in revenue cycle or healthcare operations
• Knowledge of healthcare billing, claims processing, and revenue cycle systems
• Strong analytical and data reporting capabilities with metrics management
• Experience with contract management and payor relationships
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficiency in identifying and resolving system errors and workflow issues
