J.R. Orenstein State Farm Agency in Great Neck, NY is seeking an experienced, bilingual Spanish Insurance Sales Manager to own and accelerate the growth of our established sales team. You will coach individuals, run meetings, monitor production and pipelines, set aggressive goals, and lead by example to increase production, improve retention, and raise our agency's standings in the market.
