Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support patients, visitors, and staff with strong customer service and communication while bringing an agile, reliable, and caring approach that reflects teamwork, innovation, and integrity every day.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, corridors, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations according to site expectations.
• Support Allied Universal standards by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders, and assisting with security-related requests while working in varied environments and conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
